East Town Project has come up on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway just adjacent to the Kanchpur Bridge at Madanpur in a crowd free environment. 300 ft wide under construction Dhaka eastern (by-pass) highway which has passed along its side will be providing additional facilities to this project. There will be a most modern shopping complex along with all kinds of facilities of city life in this project.



Just at a near distance from Sangshad Bhaban, the West Town Project is situated by the side of Dhaka-Savar highway on the river Dhaleswari only 25 minutes drive from sangshad Bhaban. You can develop a safe and attractive living place for your next generation in this project.

In these commercial plots, BDC likes to provide a petrol pump with provisions for car servicing and emergency repair, fast food restaurant, rest house, public toilet facilities, pharmacy & clinic, departmental stores, generator house and mosque. The residential area will be targeted for middle class people. All civic amenities such as Electricity, Water, Sewerage, Gas (if available in locality), etc. will be provided here. These mini townships will be called "BDC TOWN".



Bangladesh Government is making all-out efforts to industrialise the country with a view to create new employment opportunity and to develop the socio-economic condition of the country. Industrial development is not possible without enthusiastic and solvent entrepreneurs/financiers. Further, entrepreneurs cannot establish their industries if suitable land with all the required infrastructural facilities such as road, gas, electricity, water supply are not available. To accomplish these needs, the Government of Bangladesh has developed Industrial estates through different agencies namely-Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA), etc. Sometimes, Government also acquires land for setting up industries as per request of the sponsors/entrepreneurs. But, this practice is rare and time consuming. Most of the prospective entrepreneurs want to establish their industrial units in and around Dhaka Metropolitan City to take the advantage of its well developed infrastructural facilities as well as the large market for their products; but the industrial estates of Tejgaon and Tongi have already been over-crowded and over-capacitated. Moreover, there is hardly any scope of expanding those estates due to non-availability of land in the surrounding areas.


In a city with limited entertainment options shopping becomes a major recreational activities for the city dwellers. In this respect, Departmental stores in particular, where one can get a large variety of items under a single roof, has become a popular choice for the busy city dwellers harassed by time constraints.


One of BDC's latest Commercial Complex is a six-storied shopping mall at 'New Town'. Located beside Meghna bridge, the shopping complex is providing the consumers with a wide variety of goods and services.

The low-cost "BDC" apartment project has made it possible for people in the middle income group to own aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and functional apartments at a reasonable cost.


The project includes a group of six storied buildings with plenty of greenery and space for children's play ground. Like all its apartment projects, BDC has given special emphasis to ensure sufficient natural light and ventilation for each apartment.
